1.1 DMC stores and processes data strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  Such processes and uses of personal information are set out in our T&C. By using the Site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

1.2 You warrant that you are entitled to receive emails at the email address you provide. 

1.3 In uploading or posting any information to the Site, such information will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary and will be viewed by other users or third parties. DMC has the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose such information to third parties for any purpose.

1.4 DMC may monitor your use of the Site including any information you post so as to generally improve the Site and the Services and to retain records to be used in the event of complaints or customer service issues. However, DMC accepts no obligation to monitor the use of the Site. 

1.5 DMC will also in its absolute discretion fully co-operate with law enforcement and other relevant authorities and may disclose any information as required by law and/or relating to any investigation of suspected unlawful activity, intellectual property right infringements or violation of network security.

1.6 In the event that DMC undergoes reorganisation or its business is sold to a third party, you agree that any personal information DMC holds about you may be transferred to that reorganised entity [or third party].
