DMC have been Accredited by the Civil Mediation Council since 2010 and are Ministry of Justice approved mediation providers. As many of the panel are also RICS and Standing Conference of Mediation Advocates (SCMA) members, so you can be assured of professional practice at all times backed by each organisations strict codes of practice.

Each Surveyor, Solicitor or Consultant brings their own area of expertise to the partnership covering many aspects of the land & property community. Grant holds a masters degree in photogrammetric engineering from University College London, is a certified Project Manager and is a Fellow of both the RICS and Remote Sensing & Photogrammetry Society. With over 38 years of professional mapping & land survey experience Grant is the founder member of the DMC partnership and is able to offer a wealth of experience in land & property alternative dispute resolution. He is the first Chartered Land Surveyor to achieve 'RICS Accredited Mediator' status and his work experience and achievements have enabled him to be recognised as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

He is a member of:

Grant has been involved in dispute resolution & mediation for over 16 years working in liaison with Local Government Authorities, private landowners and the legal profession. His experience also covers work place Senior Management, Civil Service Directorship, Land Registrar, International Expert Witness in addition to his work as a Licensed Land Surveyor & Chartered Land Surveyor.
