Paul Rose FRICS FCIArb Paul is a Chartered Surveyor, with over 30 years experience in the valuation of commercial and residential property predominantly in the UK, having worked in the public, corporate sectors and private sectors. He is a member of SCMA and is a Chartered Arbitrator & RICS Accredited & CMC approved Mediator.


 Karena Ellis-Greenaway MRICS Karena holds an Urban Estates Management degree from Westminster University, is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Accredited Mediator & Family Mediator. She member of SCMA  and specialises in family mediation and the residential and commercial sector; providing surveys, valuation advice, expert witness reports & mediation in boundary/neighbour disputes.
