"I thought the gap between the Parties was too great to bridge"

"I thought there was no hope of settlement. I would certainly be happy to use you again".

"The mediation was handled with great tact and skill."

"The matter was dealt with in a delightfully informal way and you were very approachable by all the parties to carry out the discussions."

"The time you spent with the parties was itself an excellent inducement to put the parties at ease and to stress upon them the need to settle."

"I am very grateful for your considerable skill and patience in facilitating a settlement."

Party - Bangkok

'Mr Stephen Jackson was the lead mediator in a highly contentious case between three warring factions, which was made more complex as the differing parties had differing agenda's.

The mediation itself was not only handled sensitively but also with considerable aplomb as either party could easily have walked out had Mr. Jackson not shown particular skill in dealing with the parties differing emotional needs whilst at the same time bringing reason to the issues at hand.

I would not only recommend Mr. Jackson personally, but would also have no hesitation in using his services again as he is a tremendous negotiator and comes with my highest recommendation.'
