Mediation style

I am an effective communicator and facilitator who endeavours to put parties at ease from the outset.  I aim for a calm and reassuring approach, coupled with a patient and perceptive analysis of the dispute.  I use effective preparation and organisational skills to help others to consider their interests and needs in a dispute, thereby cultivating a fertile environment for satisfactory resolution for all. In a recent Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors video mediation assessment, the assessor noted; 'Dr Crowe came across as a quietly confident and highly competent mediator.'
