Scope:

Identifying the best methodology to address and managing disputes to reduce legal spend, management time, and minimise the commercial risk in imposed outcomes.


Objective:

Learning when it is best to use negotiation, conciliation, mediation, arbitration, adjudication and litigation.


Content:

The processes, advantages, disadvantages and costs compared. Client empowerment and risk management techniques evaluated.

This course can be undertaken on a bespoke consultancy basis in conjunction with an existing or prospective dispute.

How much does training cost?

Prices fixed at £1700 + travel expenses and VAT per half day course (3 hrs)

£3000 + travel expenses and VAT per full day course
